1. Introduction

This License Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms under which you ("Licensee") are permitted to use digital content, including music, sound effects, videos, and photos ("Content") from AVP Stock. By purchasing or using any Content, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Grant of License

AVP Stock grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content solely for the purposes permitted by the type of license purchased (Personal, Commercial, or Enterprise). This license is limited to the scope of the license purchased and subject to the restrictions detailed in this Agreement.

3. Permitted Use

Personal License

For individual, non-commercial use only:

• Personal projects and hobby use

• Non-commercial social media (e.g., private Instagram, TikTok)

• Non-monetized YouTube videos

• Personal blogs or websites

• Home videos and school projects

Commercial License (Extended)

Includes everything in the Personal License, plus:

• Client work and freelance use

• Social media content for businesses or clients

• Monetized YouTube content

• Business websites and blogs

• Sponsored and promotional posts

• Online advertising campaigns

• Small-scale merchandise (e.g., shirts, mugs, posters)

• Commercial podcasts and video production

• Apps and software (small-scale)

Enterprise License (Available on request)

Includes everything in the Commercial License, plus:

• TV, radio, and theatrical distribution

• Major film and documentary production

• Corporate campaigns and internal media

• Large-scale software, games, or app integration

• National and global advertising campaigns

4. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or share the Content in a way that allows third parties to download, use, or access it as standalone assets

• Modify or adapt the Content to create derivative works intended for resale, such as templates, stock libraries, or design kits

• Use the Content in any illegal, defamatory, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise unethical context

• Claim ownership of the Content, even if modified. You may not register the Content or any derivative work incorporating it with any platform or rights organization

• Use the Content as the primary element in standalone products (e.g., albums, podcasts, audio libraries) without appropriate licensing

• Use watermarked content in any final or publicly distributed projects

• Modify, obscure, crop, or remove watermarks in any way

5. Liability Disclaimer

AVP Stock provides all Content "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AVP Stock is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues resulting from improper or unauthorized use of the Content, including (but not limited to) claims involving copyright infringement or violation of third-party rights (e.g., trademarks, likenesses).

By using the Content, you accept full responsibility for ensuring legal compliance and the suitability of the Content for your intended purpose.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVP Stock, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from your use, misuse, or illegal use of the Content.

7. Credits and Attribution

While not mandatory, credit is appreciated when using AVP Stock content. It supports the creators behind the work. If you choose to give credit, please use the following format:

• Music / Sound Effects: "Music / SFX by Aram Valkenburg / AVP Stock"

• Photos / Videos: "Image(s) / Video(s) by Aram Valkenburg / AVP Stock"

Attribution must not suggest endorsement by AVP Stock unless explicitly agreed upon.

8. Termination

AVP Stock reserves the right to terminate your license if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Content and delete all copies.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch courts.

10. Watermarked Content Usage

You may download watermarked versions of Content for evaluation purposes only. These files may not be used in final or public-facing projects. You may not modify, crop, or remove any watermark under any circumstance.

11. Updates

This License Agreement may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
