1. Introduction

This License Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms under which you ("Licensee") are permitted to use digital content, including music, sound effects, videos, and photos ("Content") from AVP Stock,. By purchasing or using Content, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Grant of License

AVP Stock grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content solely for the purposes permitted by the type of license purchased (Personal, Commercial, Enterprise). This license is subject to the restrictions detailed in this Agreement.

3. Permitted Use

• Personal License: For non-commercial personal projects, such as non-monetized YouTube videos, social media posts, home videos, or personal websites.
• Commercial License: For monetized or business-related projects, including commercials, monetized YouTube content, podcasts, business websites, and online advertising.
• Enterprise License: For large-scale media projects, including corporate apps, theatrical productions, and broadcasting. Please contact AVP Stock directly for a custom quote.

4. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or share the Content in a way that allows third parties to download, use, or access it as standalone assets.
• Modify or adapt the Content to create derivative works that can be resold as templates, stock products, or part of libraries.
• Use the Content in illegal, defamatory, pornographic, or harmful ways, including hate speech or any morally questionable materials.
• Claim ownership of the Content, even if modified. You may not register the Content or a derivative work incorporating it with any platform or rights organization.
• Extract and use music, sound effects, or visuals as a primary element in standalone products, such as podcasts or albums, without proper licensing.
• Use watermarked content in any final or publicly distributed projects.

5. Liability Disclaimer

AVP Stock provides all Content "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. AVP Stock is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues that arise from improper use of the Content, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement or misuse of third-party rights (e.g., trademarks, personal likeness).

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Content complies with applicable laws, including securing any additional rights or permissions required for your project. Should legal action arise from your use of the Content, AVP Stock will not be held responsible or liable for any legal fees, damages, or settlements.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVP Stock, its owners, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your improper or illegal use of the Content.

7. Credits and Attribution

While not mandatory, it’s always appreciated if you provide credit when using our content in your projects. It helps support the work that goes into creating this material. If you'd like to give credit, here’s a simple format to follow for any type of content:

• For music and sound effects: "Music / SFX by Aram Valkenburg / AVP Stock"
• For photos and videos: "Image(s) / Video(s) by Aram Valkenburg / AVP Stock"

8. Termination

AVP Stock reserves the right to terminate your license if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Content and delete all copies.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands.

10. Watermarked Content Usage

You may download watermarked versions of the Content for evaluation purposes only. Watermarked Content cannot be used in any final products, distributed, or made publicly available in any way. Any modification or removal of the watermark is strictly prohibited.
